We are happy to announce that Megan Scott has moved into the position of Manager of Sustainability and Business Operations. Megan has been with Commercial Properties Limited for 4 years and is looking forward to continuing to promote sustainable practices, strengthen operations and contribute to the success of Commercial Properties Limited.
We are happy to announce that Julie Gaudet-Sooley will be moving into the position of Leasing Administrator. Julie has been with Commercial Properties Ltd. for ten years and is looking forward to continuing to build tenant relationships in her new position.
At the end of August, we celebrated the retirement of Emery Whalen. Emery has spent the last twelve years working tirelessly, contributing to the growth of Commercial Properties Ltd. To celebrate Earth Week 2018, Commercial Properties held the Annual Electronics Pick-up from April 23 to April 27. Representatives from Commercial Properties visited tenants to take their old electronics including computers and computer peripherals, televisions, overhead projectors, and even an electronic typewriter and dropped them off at the local depot. Last week Commercial Properties picked up 185 lbs of batteries from tenants for recycling. Since implemented about a year ago, 296 lbs of batteries have been diverted from the landfill!
