These awards celebrate projects completed through the Heritage Permit process and highlight excellence in preserving Saint John’s historic built environment.
2026 Award Recipients
274 Sydney Street – Heritage Stewardship Award
This award recognizes long-term care and responsible management of a heritage property. Our work at 274 Sydney Street reflects a continued commitment to preservation, proactive maintenance, and thoughtful investment that ensures the building’s historic value is protected for future generations.
15 Canterbury Street – Commercial Façade Rehabilitation Award
This award recognizes the façade restoration at 15 Canterbury Street, a key part of CenterBeam, our adaptive reuse development in Uptown Saint John. The project showcases the impact of careful commercial façade rehabilitation, respecting original architectural details while enhancing the streetscape.
