Because we are builders, we have great respect for previous generations of builders who also understood form, function and quality.

We have had the amazing pleasure of rehabilitating and restoring the products of nineteenth century craftsmen whose buildings defined the communities they lived in, and still do today.

Our signature heritage project, CenterBeam Place in the heart of Saint John NB, has received national recognition from the Canadian Urban Institute, winning Brownie awards for Excellence in Project Management and Best Medium Scale project in Canada.  We were able to save a whole city block of Victorian brick buildings, and join them into a modern multi-use complex with an interior atrium and exterior courtyard.  Prestige street level retail and upper story professional offices at CenterBeam Place are highly sought.  Even more gratifying, the project has been a catalyst for heritage redevelopment in surrounding streets and has returned vibrancy to the uptown area.
