Welcome to Commercial Properties’ 2019 Summer Students!

Our team is continuing to grow! We are very happy to have three new students join us for the summer in our Saint John Office: Kristen Black, Nicholas Szweda and Robert Scott.

Kristen has just finished her third year in the Bachelor of Applied Management program at the University of New Brunswick, Saint John and is joining us as an Accounting Associate. She has gained great experience working with The Church of St. John and St. Stephen Nursing Home and hopes to complete her CPA designation. In her spare time, she enjoys getting outdoors and spending time with friends.

Nicholas comes to us from University of New Brunswick, Fredericton heading into his fourth year of a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree. With a keen interest in electrical engineering, he is the perfect fit to support Commercial Properties as a Maintenance Summer Student. Outside the office, Nicholas is continuing to learn and practice new instruments, as well as playing numerous sports.

Robert is in his third summer working with the Ocean Capital group of companies. Currently heading into his last year at St. Francis Xavier University in the B.B.A. program, he is our Operations Support Student. He’ll be assisting with the daily management of our business applications, sustainable projects and brand promotion. He likes to stay active by running and competing in triathlons.

Welcome to the team and we look forward to a great summer ahead!
